the room was super clean and had modern appliances. the mattress and pillows was comfortable. i also had plenty of bottled water, thats something i always value.
the buffet at breakfast was small. the area felt chaotic. the structure seemed a bit dated, i think.

The room service was quite slow. I ordered a club sandwich and it took nearly an hour to arrive. the presentation was sloppy, and the bread was stale. also, the gym equipment seemed old and not well kept. one of the treadmills was out of order, and there were no sanitizing wipes available.

The breakfast wasn't great. I thought it lacked variety. The pool area, seemed neglected! There was dust everywhere. I'm pretty sure I saw mold in the room. It didn't feel cute, not gonna lie.

My room was compact and modern. The breakfast time was AMAZING!!! Breakfast opened early at 6:30 AM and closed late at 11:30 AM. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had good wifi, which allowed me to work without any issues.

the location is great.. it is close to a metro station to get to the town centre. they offer a free shuttle service to a major shopping center. the room was spacious and clean and the bed was soft and comfortable.

the hotel didn't automatically refunded my deposit after checkout. it took several days before i received the money back. i think this process should be more streamlined.
